I bought a twin size sheet set to make curtains because it is so much easier to just use a flat twin size sheet to make curtains lol and usually a lot cheaper too! I made curtains for my dining room for $4 dollars a pair! so anyway I made the curtains for the baby room and then I cut some slits in the fitted sheet and used it for the crib bed skirt  all I had left was a pillow case and I still wanted to make a matching baby quilt so I cut the pillow case apart and cut it into two separate pieces and added the orange fabric...so this is how it turned out! I was pretty happy with this especially being as it only took me about 40 minutes from start to finish to make this little quilt.

made this crocheted flower out of tatting thread because I have not been able to master tatting yet lol.
I was thinking of using this flower for hair barrettes or to decorate tote bags maybe?
